One of the main reasons to buy a Modular is price because the savings can be pretty significant. Many of the homes we offer can be built starting around $50 per square foot! Modular homes can reduce construction time by more than 35 percent, getting you into your new home faster so you can enjoy it longer. Site-built homes can take many weeks to complete, while modular homes are assembled on site and usually finished within a week.
Another important reason is Quality. Our homes are built completely indoors in a climate controlled environment. All the materials used are rigorously inspected and of the highest grade. Every home built has over 300 Quality Control Inspections done by Champion and by other Third Parties. Keep in mind that our Modular homes have to be built to the same building codes as traditional "Stick Built."
Consider the time it takes to build a new home. Stick built homes can take as long as 6 months to finish. Because we have our own Set-up and Delivery crews, we are able to build new homes from scratch and have the delivered, set-up, and completely finished in as little as 30 days. This allows customers to enjoy their new homes in much less time and makes the entire building process much less stressful. We build in many new modular homes near Raleigh, NC and Fayetteville, NC.
Customization is another important aspect to consider. Our customers have the option to custom build every home in every possible way. Not only do these options include visual appearances like paint and vinyl siding colors but our customers have the ability to make engineering changes to our homes as well. These changes can be as small as moving a wall a few feet or adding an extra bathroom to better accommodate your needs. This flexibility makes building your "Dream" home easier than you could ever imagine.

We allow all of our customers the option to bring their own financing to the table. In fact, we encourage most people to use their own personal banks where strong relationships have been built to do the financing on their new home if possible. But if this is not an option then we do have many different possibilities to get our customers the best possible interest rates. We use many local banks such as BB&T, First Bank, and SECU just to name a few. Many larger banks such as US Bank, Wells Fargo, and other mortgage companies play a large role in our ability to get our customers financed when others could not. We offer Land/Home package deals as well as Home only loans.
